Delayed Ejaculation (DE) is generally classed as the third most common male sexual problem. If you suffer from DE then there may well be a solution to your problem – one that is easy to learn and is rapid in action. Anyone suffering from repeated delayed ejaculation will tend to worry about it and become afraid of it happening again. This fear comes to dominate their thoughts and gets in the way of any attempt to deal with the problem. Dealing with this fear is often sufficient to solve the problem.
There are lots of statistics on ejaculation and on what can be regarded as ‘normal’. Generally speaking, eight minutes is thought of as a ‘standard time’, but men with DE take much, much longer. Some men without the problem may think of it as a gift, but anyone suffering with this could quickly put them straight. Failure to come occasionally is no big deal, but time after time and no result - it’s not a gift.
A burden of worry
And the resulting guilt at disappointing your partner; the feelings of failure; the worry about something seemingly inexplicable – all this creates a burden. There is the constant fear of failure, and probably a determination to succeed. Unfortunately, ejaculation is one of the natural body functions that are not under conscious control. In fact the more you want it to happen, and the more you will it to happen, the less the likelihood of it happening.
Fear becomes the problem
Where delayed ejaculation has become a source of worry and fear to you, then the fear becomes the problem. Thinking about sex leads to worrying about delayed ejaculation. This leads to imagining it happening, to telling yourself it always happens and to feeling bad about it. The fear is preserving, and continually reconstructing, the problem. The fear is stopping you moving on.

These thoughts form a loop, and the need is to break out of the loop. By training your mind and your imagination to think in new, more resourceful ways you can snap the loop; and find yourself thinking about a very new future.
